Just recently Apple announced that they were releasing their latest iphine which would be the 5s and the unique and new a feature allow you to unlock your phone with your fingerprint. By apple having access to your fingerprint they basically have your indentity and location every time you unlock your phone. My main concerns are will they make any deals with law enforcement to catch criminals or if their servers that hold all of these fingerprint be hacked seeing as though apple hold everything through their storage system called the cloud.

I like this proposal topic and I think that you should definitely investigate. Apple having access to people identities is something given because the government already has that, there is not way for the public people to truly have privacy of anything. I think knowing people location is a bit extreme because that can cause people to know exactly where you are, even stalkers. But to use it to catch criminals is a good way to use the IPhone it can be very helpful for stolen property.
